Founder
Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino lives with multiple life-threatening food allergies (anaphylaxis) to peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. She has survived two anaphylactic reactions, including one that occurred while she was six months pregnant with her son, Cam, after unknowingly consuming walnuts. These experiences deeply inform her lifelong commitment to food allergy education, safety, and advocacy.
Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino is a bestselling author, master life coach, speaker, and founder of The Best Ever You Network, a global platform dedicated to helping people live with gratitude, authenticity, and purpose. She is also the host of The Best Ever You Show, a top-ranked podcast with more than five million downloads worldwide, where she engages thought leaders, authors, and experts in meaningful conversations about becoming our best selves.
Widely recognized as one of America’s leading voices in personal development, leadership, and mindset transformation, Elizabeth has spent more than two decades guiding individuals and organizations toward meaningful success and inner alignment. Her advocacy is rooted in lived experience and driven by compassion, education, and safety.
Elizabeth is the author of The Change Guidebook and The Success Guidebook, and co-author (with Dr. Katie Eastman) of Percolate: Let Your Best Self Filter Through (Hay House) and the forthcoming The Peace Guidebook: How to Cultivate Hope, Healing, and Harmony for the Good of Humankind. She is also the co-author of award-winning children’s books written with Sally Huss, including A Lesson for Every Child: Learning About Food Allergies and Dream Big with Food Allergies, which help children, families, schools, and caregivers navigate food allergies with confidence and care.
A sought-after speaker and media contributor, Elizabeth is known for blending heart, strategy, and soul in everything she does. In addition to her work as an author and coach, she is also a dedicated gymnastics coach, inspiring young athletes to build confidence, resilience, and strength both on and off the mat. She and her husband, Peter, split their time between Maine and South Carolina, enjoying life with their four adult sons, two dogs, and three beloved rescue cats.

Dr. Katie Eastman is a psychotherapist, master grief and transition coach, author, and organizational consultant with more than 35 years of experience guiding individuals and communities through loss, change, and growth. She began her professional journey at Boston University School of Theology, where she trained in spirituality and pastoral psychology, developing a deep understanding of how faith, meaning, and purpose shape the human experience. She went on to complete her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Houston and her Doctorate in Clinical Child Psychology at Antioch University.
Mentored by Dr. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, Katie has carried forward the legacy of compassionate care, blending spirituality with psychology to help people navigate life’s most difficult transitions. Her proprietary Re-Create model integrates reflection, acceptance, and transformation, empowering people to turn grief into growth and to live with clarity and resilience.
